Unit 5 - Field floodlights Fail

Only venues that are TrackMark accredited or working towards TrackMark will be eligible for competition licences.
For ALL license level 2 events cages must be compliant to UKA Standards. Non compliant cages are eligible for a level 1 licence if an event specific risk assessment is completed.
Track & Field measurement survey certification is required for all level 2 events.

Winchester And District Athletics Club (WADAC) - home training sessions; Tuesday 5.30-8.30pm, Wednesdays 5.30-7pm, Thursdays 5.30-8.30pm Track is only available to WADAC members during these sessions.

Athletics Track – 2022 Peak Off Peak Adult per session £3.95 £3.45 Concessionary per session £3.00 £2.60 Full Track & Field hire PH £65.00 £50.00 School Full T&F hire PH £37.50 £37.50 Competition rate PH £95.00 £95.00 School Comp rate PH £60.00 £60.00 Additional staff member PH £15.00 £15.00 PA system PD £30.00 £30.00 (PH- Per Hour & PD - Per Day) Off peak = Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. Peak = Monday - Friday 5-9pm & weekends. Competition rate includes 3 members of staff, if additional staff required, will be charged at an hourly rate. University reserves the right to make the final decision of the level of staff required for each booking. School rate applies to state schools only. Concessionary rate applies to UoW Staff & Students, OAP's, Juniors & Disabled users.

Current 2022 Annual Track Pass Prices

Adult Annual Track Pass - £120 Junior/ Concessionary Track Pass - £95 Adult WADAC track pass - £95 Junior WADAC track pass - £80 Track passes give access to the track at any time, unless we have a block booking, competition or any other event, where the track is unavailable. All track pass holders are issued a card which needs to be swiped in at reception on every visit.

Useful Information

The Winchester Sports Stadium also offers the following facilities for use or hire; * Floodlit All Weather Pitch (Full pitch or 3 x 5-a-side pitches) * Cafe area with tables, chairs, sofas, seats as well as a hot drink and cold drink / snack vending machines. * Teaching / meeting room with full AV system * Toilets - Male, Female, Gender Neutral & Disabled * 4 x Changing rooms with showers and additional toilets * Umpire changing room * Disabled & Gender-Neutral wet room * Baby changing facilities
